Winner of the 2003 Pavilion Innovation in Training Award, Training the Trainers for Total Respect is a comprehensive package that prepares young people for co-training with adults. It includes good practice guidance (for adults) about working alongside young trainers and all of the information and materials necessary for young people to get 3 credits of accredited learning.
