CROA will be submitting a response to the Green Paper on changes for Looked After Children as an National Umbrella Organisation. We are urging members to undertake their own consultation with young people and to let us know the outcome so that we can use quotes from young people to illustrate our own response. The proposal for "Independent Advocates" instead of "Independent Visitors" needs a strong response from ourselves and you as members. Please contact the office if you have responses from young people that you are happy for us to use.
