I have worked in Children's Rights and been a CROA member for more than 12 years. My current job with Barnardo's includes managing CR services and having strategic responsibility for children's rights, participation, advocacy and independent visitor services in the London, East and South East region.This is my second year as chair of CROA and I am committed to making CROA a strong, dynamic and sustainable organisation that meets the needs of members and speaks out about children and young people's rights.
