I have worked for CROA for 4 years and I am based at the Belper office in Derbyshire.

I work full time as a Membership Services Manager and Office Manager. My main responsibility is to ensure the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis which encompasses all aspects of administration.

I provide support and information to our Members through weekly email updates informing them of any upcoming training or events either through CROA or through other organisations.

Part of my role is to verify and asses our training courses to ensure quality and consistency in line with the Open College Network standards.
